TCG Privacy Policy


TCG will make every effort to see that all orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship – except for orders paid through or Google Checkout. Payments made through or Google Checkout will be charged immediately. TCG Online, LLC  has no control over this.

All Shipping quotes apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside this area please contact us for proper shipping rates. FREE SHIPPING applies to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. Shipping charges will apply to all other regions. Items marked with Freight DO NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Defective or Missing Items
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Re-stock fee is 20%. There is no re-stock fee if you would like to keep a credit on file for a future purchase. All items must be unused & new condition and be in original packaging complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible to receive full credit. All opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Clearance Items
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No refunds or exchanges can be given.

Warranty Items
If you have a defective item that is currently under warranty, please contact our customer service department at 909-623-7127.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
